We moved into our first home and within 2 months were stuck with an $1100 heating bill (electric baseboard). Ryan and his team came quickly and assessed the situation. He provided a recommendation for a heat-pump setup that would minimize cost while maximizing heating efficiency. Ryan was great during the day of installation - he explained clearly how everything worked (even the remote for the head unit!) and he and his team were quite friendly. So the amazing guys from Backman's Heating and Cooling installed our new furnace today and although I know the owner Ryan's parents it was the first time I met him and he lived up to all the recommendations. He was meticulous and clearly a perfectionist (something a customer paying a huge amount of money is always glad to see) and the young guy he had with him all day who was maybe not new but obviously still learning, Ryan spoke to him all day with such guidance and as a true coach it was great to see. We will be warm for many years to come and now efficiency of our system is much improved as well. I highly recommend Ryan and his company should anyone have and heating and cooling needs.
